Financial Assistance

Broken Arrow Neighbors offers financial assistance to Broken Arrow and Coweta residents. To be eligible for financial assistance you must have a utility cutoff notice or eviction notice and live within the service area. Each request is reviewed by the financial department and amount very per request. Financial assistance can only be received once per year; ex. March 9, 2022 – March 9, 2023.

Last year, 2022, BAN was able to assist with over $80,000 in financial requests serving 207 households.

To make an appointment to visit our financial department, please click here. Our financial appointments are available Monday – Friday during business hours.

While it is not mandatory, clients are asked to agree to a reinvestment plan. BAN asks that if you receive financial assistance that you pay it forward when you are able to. Paying back the amount you were assisted with as little as $1 a month will help other individuals in need. Payments can be made by cash or check during business hours.

Crises and unplanned financial emergencies can jeopardize a family’s ability to provide basic needs such as food, utilities and shelter. If you have the means, please consider a donation that will help BA and Coweta residents stay in their home and keep their utilities on.
